However, with the right spices and herbs, a diet, meal, or entire spread can take on robust flavor and energy and enhance plant-foods natural health-promoting properties. In this presentation, we will explore how to use spices that are especially useful during the fall and winter seasons to support a healthy lifestyle, including immunity and digestion, and provide unforgettable flavor and richness to classic holiday meals. We will also discuss how to successfully incorporate more plant-based foods into your daily life, including during the holidays when family and friends may be hesitant to join the plant-based party.

-How to make everyday spice blends and teas to support health during the fall and winter, with demonstrations of the spices/herbs and how to prepare blends
