About this Speaker
Victoria is a wellness psychotherapist with a holistic practice. One dimension of wellness she works with her clients on is the dimension of service. Research studies consistently identifies that the key to living a purposeful, meaningful and satisfying life is to be of service and to give back to others. With this knowledge she incorporates teaching self care practices to “fill up your own cup” before being of service to others. You can not pour from an empty cup.
Reviews
"Great feedback already from the group. Victoria did a great job."
"Victoria did a great job, and I think our staff got a lot out of her session. It was a great way to kick off the retreat and give people the tools to communicate openly for the remainder of the two days (and going forward)."
