A fitness class especially for kids! The class will be 45 minutes, consisting of 30 minutes of physical exercise to music. The music will be a mixture of known top forty and songs in other languages to prompt brain stimulation for learning other languages. All songs will be appropriate for children audiences.
The 15 minute discussion will be a debrief of how we feel "after" exercising and comparing to before. What activities we can do daily to feel energized while learning at home and to keep our bodies healthy as we go into the winter months.

-Exercises performed at home to keep our bodies and organs healthy
About this Speaker
Over the course of the 7 years Penny has been in business, she has transitioned her fitness program to accommodate families who are trying to manage behavior by introducing dance fitness as a coping mechanism to bridge the communication gap for both verbal and non-verbal youth. Penny has been a ZIN™ Member since April 2013 and absolutely loves teaching Zumba classes! She is licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr.
