Purposeful Pauses to Rebalance

In this experiential workshop, participants will learn tools to come back to the present moment amidst the hectic pace of their work environment. Mindfulness skills will be introduced and experienced as participants begin to cultivate seeds to be more relaxed in the workplace with an understanding that there are moments in which they can destress.
