About this Speaker
With an MBA in Management and over 10 years as a Certified Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach, as well as a Yoga Teacher Educator with Yoga Alliance; Johanna's education and experience have given her the tools to give you the ability to understand and take control of various areas of your life in order to achieve your desired vision.
Johanna's journey was triggered in 2007 when she discovered that the corporate world was not her authentic path in life. As it dawned on her that helping people and serving was her true destiny, she attended various programs to further her education in Yoga, nutrition, proper eating habits, daily habit improvement tools, life coaching as well as, fitness, in order to offer the most comprehensive solutions to assist people in improving their lifestyle and their overall health.
The fact is that happiness, or lack there of, depends on the factors that affect overall human health. The more knowledge we have about our bodies and our true self the more we can find joy and fulfillment in our lives.
