We will explore why connection and purpose is so important during times of social isolation, how volunteer work can fulfill the need for purpose, creative ways you can volunteer during this time, and how to sustain your time and energy in the midst of volunteering.

About this Speaker

Jennifer is a Peacebuilding Facilitator who gained her International Affairs Master of Science degree (Conflict Management & Global Negotiation emphasis) and a Post-Conflict State Reconstruction & Sustainability Graduate Certification from Seton Hall University. Her workshops, classes, and speaking engagements blend the arts and everyday diplomacy to strengthen non-violent communication and connection, reduce gender-based, racial, and cultural violence, and cultivate personal peace and well-being.
