Our current political backdrop has caused many of us to feel bouts of passion, frustration and stress. No matter your political persuasion, it's bound to make everyone feel fatigued. Taking care of your mental health is more important than ever when the future feels so uncertain. This conversation will be facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker to provide space and time for reflection and effective ways to cope with any stress and anxiety that may arise in the days following the presidential election. Ample time will be provided for participants to speak about their thoughts and feelings, and concrete strategies for managing stress will be offered.

About this Speaker
Erin is a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over ten years of experience working with children and families. She received her Master of Social Work degree at Salem State University in 2012. She has over 5 years experience working as an intensive in-home family therapist helping to support children with significant mental health challenges and currently maintains her own private therapy practice working with children and families. Erin is also a registered yoga teacher that specializes in treating trauma, anxiety and depression with yoga poses and mindfulness practices.
