In this nutrition focused cooking class, Lucy blends her vibrant passion for cooking with evidence-based nutrition facts. Over the hour long at home class, she not only instructs how to prep and cook the foods you're working with, but why and how they are an important part of a healthy diet.
Participants prep and cook a meal from start to finish with the ability to ask any question along the way. Then, as the meal cooks there is a q and a where participants can ask questions more focused on nutrition. Minimum of 30 participants.

Lucy currently is a dietetic intern at NYU. She will be a Registered Dietitian in 2021. Lucy spends her free time helping her many friends and family with nutritious cooking advise.
